I absolutely LOVE this look, especially the color. It was so easy to do too. I used L.A. Colors Static Electricity for the base color, then I sponged on some Pure Ice Mint Dream. With some black acrylic paint and a paint brush, I painted on spots of various sizes starting with larger dots and then filling in the spaces with smaller dots. I finished with a top coat of NYC Extra Shiny Top Coat.
I'm still playing around with hand positions and photo editing in Corel PaintShop Photo Pro X3. In the first photo, I muted the red skin tones and added a glamour film to it. I kind of like how it makes the colors of the manicure pop. I'd love to know what you think looks best...
